Pushpa 2: The One Huge Problem That Could Ruin Everything
Allu Arjun's highly anticipated sequel 'Pushpa: The Rule' may face a familiar challenge as the team scrambles to complete post-production on time. The first installment, 'Pushpa: The Rise,' drew criticism for issues like sound design and color grading due to a rushed post-production schedule.
Despite plans to allocate more time for the sequel, the shoot has yet to wrap up with just two months until the scheduled August 15, 2024 release date. This tight timeline has raised concerns that the team will once again be forced to work around the clock, potentially compromising quality.
"For 'Pushpa: The Rise,' we had to work on very tight deadlines with no buffer time to fine-tune the final cuts," director Sukumar had stated after the first film's release. "We don't want to repeat that experience."
However, the latest reports suggest history may repeat itself. A significant portion of filming remains, leaving little room for the extensive post-production work required for a big-budget spectacle like 'Pushpa: The Rule.'
Fans who have been energized by the viral title song and Arjun's dance moves are now worried that the rushed schedule could impact their viewing experience.
Producers remain optimistic about meeting the release date, but audiences are skeptical given the team's previous time crunch. As post-production looms, all eyes are on whether 'Pushpa: The Rule' will avoid the pitfalls that tarnished its predecessor's technical merits.
