Video: Minor Fire Breaks Out at Niloufer Hospital in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: A minor fire broke out in the Government Niloufer hospital in Hyderabad on Wednesday evening, the police said. However, no casualties were reported. The hospital administration alerted the fire department and the fire brigade rushed to the sport and doused the fire immediately.
The blaze was reported on the first floor of the children’s hospital. After notificing the fire, panicked parents, who were attending to their sick children, vacated the hospital premises along with their infants.
According to the hospital sources, a short-circuit in the refrigerator kept in the hospital lab caused the fire. The hospital superintendent Dr Usha Rani sought to play down the fears of the parents saying it was a minor fire. She added that nobody got hurt in the fire incident.
