TRS MLAs Poaching Case: BL Santhosh Unlikely to Appear Before SIT

 - Sakshi Post

BJP National Secretary BL Santhosh is unlikely to appear before a Special Investigation Team (SIT) on Monday in connection with the TRS MLAs poaching case. Santhosh has said that he has not received the physical notices so far.

The SIT headed by Police Commissioner CV Anand, on Friday issued notices to Santhosh along with BDJS President Tushar Vellapally, Kerala based doctor Jaggu Swami and Srinivas, a distant relative of Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay.

BL Santhosh's name figured in a conversation between the three accused and the MLAs, tapes of which were leaked to the media.

On October 26, the Moinabad police raided the farm house of TRS MLA Pilot Rohit Reddy based on the latter's tip off and arrested the three accused Rama Chandra Bharathi, Nanda Kumar and Simhayaji Swamy for allegedly trying to bribe four TRS MLAs with money and high posts in the Central government.
