TRS MLA Poaching Case Accused to Appear Before Cyberabad Police

Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Saturday directed the three accused in the case of alleged poaching of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MLAs, to surrender before the police in 24 hours. The court passed orders in favour of the state.
Cyberabad police on Friday approached the Telangana High Court challenging the order of a lower court refusing remand of three accused arrested in the case.
ACB court rejected the remand and ordered immediate release. The court pointed out no cash seizure or lack of evidence and asked the police to serve 41CrPC notices to the accused.
