Telangana Polls: Vijayashanthi Denied Ticket as BJP Releases Final List
Hyderabad: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday declared the fifth and final list of candidates for the November 30 assembly elections in Telangana. However, a senior party leader Vijayashanthi’s name was missing from the list of candidates.
Of late, she has been keeping a low profile and didn’t react so far. Now, with the final list of candidates is out and it’s amply clear that the party leadership has denied her ticket for the ensuing elections.
Vijayashanthi, who is a member of BJP national executive committee, also found no place in the BJP’s Star campaigner’s list for the upcoming elections. Notably, the BJP has allocated 8 seats to Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena Party (JSP) according to the seat-sharing formula between the parties.

- Bellampalli (SC) - Koyyala Emaji

- Chandrayanagutta - Mahender
- Secunderabad Cantonment (SC) - Ganesh Narayan
- Devarakadra - Konda Prashanth Reddy
- Vanaparthy - Anughna Reddy
- Alampur (SC) - Meramma
- Narsampet - K. Pulla Rao
- Madhira (SC) - Vijayaraju
- Nampally- Rahul Chandra
