'Revanth Reddy Ane Nenu': Stage Set For Swearing-In Ceremony

The stage is all set for the swearing-in ceremony of Telangana's second chief minister. Revanth Reddy is going to take oath as the CM today at 1.04 pm at LB Stadium. 54-year-old Revanth is going to be the youngest CM of Telangana. Along with Revanth, Bhatti Vikramarka will take oath as the Deputy Chief Minister. The other ministers in Revanth Reddy's cabinet include Seethakka, Uttam Kumar Reddy, Ponguleti Srinivasula Reddy, Tummala Nageswara Rao, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Damodara Rajanarsimha, Konda Surekha, Jupally Krishna Rao, Sridhar Babu. The eleven ministers are going to take oath along with the CM-designate Revanth Reddy.

Revanth arrived in Hyderabad from Delhi on a special chartered flight. He has met the state Chief Secretary and DGP and held discussions related to the arrangements of the swearing-in ceremony.

As per reports, even the public is allowed to witness the swearing-in ceremony. Seats are arranged for a massive 30,000 crowd. All the 64 MLAs have separate arrangements to seat in. The VVIPs section will accommodate 250-plus people. Special seats are arranged for the families of the Telangana martyrs and also for the Telangana intellectuals, poets and literary figures.

Revanth is heading to Shamshabad airport to receive Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi, who will attend the oath-taking ceremony. Sonia and Rahul will be staying at the Taj star hotel. Revanth will be accompanying the Gandhis from the airport to the hotel. From there, Revanth will head to his residence and arrive at the LB Stadium. Meanwhile, it is not clear who will be attending Revanth's swearing-in ceremony from the opposition BRS.

As per sources, KCR may not attend the event. Most likely Harish Rao or KTR will be attending the do. Amidst this, tight security measures have been in place. Traffic restrictions are in order for the smooth conducting of the swearing-in.
