PM Modi Lavishes Praise on Telangana and It’s People at Warangal Rally
Warangal: Prime Minister Narendra Modi lashed out at the BRS government in his Warangal rally on Saturday while heaped praise on Telangana and its people and said the ‘contributions of Telangana and its people’ have been significant in the history of India.
PM Modi made these remarks after laying the foundation stone for various development projects in the Telugu state worth around Rs 6,100 crore in Warangal.
Addressing a rally, Modi said though Telangana state is relatively a new state which has completed only 9 years of existence, however, “the capabilities of Telugu people have always enhanced the capabilities of India’.
"The state of Telangana may be a new one. But the contribution of Telangana and its people in the history of India has always been great," PM Modi said.

The efforts of the Central Govt have been ensuring prosperity in Telangana and today, this State is emerging as a hub of economic activities.

The prime minister said the world is eager to invest in India and no part of the country should be left behind in terms of fast-paced development. He said this growth story will throw-up infinite opportunities for the people of Telangana. He said Telangana’s highway network has been doubled in the recent year and added that the state is becoming a hub of economic activity.
“Today when India has become the world's fifth-largest economy, the role of the people of Telangana has been great,” he said.
