No Discontent Among Telangana BJP Leaders, Says Jithender Reddy

Hyderabad: As the soaring temperature is set to cool down, the political heat is set to rise in Telangana. Flurry of political activities is being witnessed in both the ruling BRS and opposition parties. 

On Sunday, top leaders of state BJP units gathered at the residence of senior BJP leader Jithender Reddy to discuss the saffron party affairs and the current political scenario in the state. The meeting assumes significance amid the trouble brewing in Telangana BJP over the reports of giving new responsibility to the Huzurabad MLA Eatala Rajender. Vijaya Shanthi, Konda Surekha, Narsaiah Goud and Vittal were among those who attended the meeting. 

After the meeting ended, Jithender Reddy told reporters that BJP alone can decimate the ruling BRS party in Telangana Assembly elections. He said the main agenda of the meeting was to brainstorm ideas on how to form a BJP government in the state. 

He dismissed the reports that there were differences among the state BJP leaders over the party leadership. The BJP leader claimed the chief minister and BRS chief KCR is trying to demoralise the party cadre by spreading rumours about the party leadership. Jithender Reddy said the party will go into the masses and explain the achievements of nine years of Narendra Modi-led BJP government at the Centre.
