Let DK or PK Come, Our Own AK 47 KCR Will Prevail, Says Harish Rao
Siddipet: Let the DK (DK Shivkumar, Dy Chief Minister of Karnataka) or PK (Pawan Kalyan, Jana Sena Party chief) come, they won’t stand in front of our own AK 47, i.e., KCR in the November 30 Assembly elections, Telangana Finance minister and BRS senior leader T Harish Rao said on Wednesday.
Chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) will file nominations for the state polls from Gajwel and Kamareddy assembly seats. Harish Rao inspected the arrangements for the chief minister’s nomination process at Gajwel and later addressed the media persons. Making an oblique reference to PM Narendra Modi’s election rally in Hyderabad on November 7, the BRS senior leader said KCR is a one-man show and he doesn’t need to show-off his power.
“Political leaders who betrayed the cause of a separate Telangana state are coming together. Sharmila is supporting Congress while Pawan Kalyan is backing the BJP. The powers who opposed the creation of a new Telangana state are now appearing in the form of Congress and BJP,” Harish Rao remarked.
He informed that the BRS party has decided to hold the concluding election rally in Gajwel on November 28. Similar rallies were held in the city in 2014 and 2018 elections too. The BRS leader added the people of Gajwel have witnessed the development in their region and are waiting to express their gratitude to the chief minister by electing him from the assembly segment, he added.
