KCR Rules Out Early Polls in Telangana

 - Sakshi Post

Telangana Chief Minister and TRS party president K Chandrashekar Rao made it clear that they are not going for early polls as they did in the 2018 Assembly Polls. He expressed hope that TRS Party is going to get 95 to 105 seats in the next polls. He further stated that he was taking the help of poll strategist Prashant Kishor in coming up with an alternative for UPA and NDA.

KCR at a press conference said that there is a political vacuum in the country and there is a need to bring an alternative to the ruling party at the centre. KCR said that with his 50 years of experience in politics, he would come up with a good alternative and the name of it will be decided later. KCR said that some people are saying that it is an anti-BJP front but he would say it as a pro-people front. He said that there will be 'Sampoorna Kranthi' in national politics.

KCR also ruled out the rumours that he had signed an Rs. 300 crore contract with Prashant Kishor. He said, "Prashant Kishor is my best friend for the last 7-8 years. He has never worked for money. He is not a paid worker. I am sorry you don't understand his commitment to the country."

KCR also said that "Prashant Kishor is working for us and he will never take money for his work. He’s a committed man and worked in 12 states. What’s wrong in working with him?"

He asserted that there are CMs and some important leaders of different parties who are going to meet soon and will share ideas on alternatives that are best for the country and the people.
