Hyderabad Police Commissioner Complains of Giddiness, Condition Stable
Hyderabad: Newly appointed Hyderabad City Police Commissioner Sandeep Shandilya rushed to hospital after he complained of giddiness on Monday. The top cop reportedly felt uneasiness and fell sick while he was in office. The police officials immediately shifted him to nearby Hyderaguda Apollo hospital where the doctors ran a few necessary tests on him. The doctors at the hospital immediately treated on him and his condition is stated to be normal.
Later, the Hyderabad City Police released the video message of Sandeep Shandilya on its X account. In the video, the top cop said he felt giddiness due to low blood pressure but now he's doing fine. He asked the people not to believe any rumour about his health condition.
It is worth mentioning here that Sandeep Shandilya, is a member of the 1993 batch of IPS, had recently taken charge as the Police Commissioner of Hyderabad. He succeeds CV Anand, who was transferred by the Election Commission, along with several other IPS and IAS officers in Telangana ahead of November 30 Assembly elections.
