BJP Announces Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy as Munugode By-election Candidate

Hyderabad: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has named Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy as its candidate for the by-election to Munugode Assembly constituency.
The nominations for election opened on Friday, October 7 with the issue of election notification and would continue till October 14.
The Munugode by-elections will be held on November 3. While Kusukuntla Prabhakar Reddy will contest from TRS, the Congress has fielded Palavai Sravanthi Reddy, the daughter of former minister Palvai Goverdhan Reddy.
The by-election has been necessitated by the resignation of former Congress MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy on August 8.
