Bigg Boss Telugu 7 Winner Pallavi Prashanth Arrested

Hyderabad: A day after registering a suo moto case against the Bigg Boss Telugu 7 (BBT7) winner, the Hyderabad police arrested Pallavi Prashanth on Wednesday. He was detained from Kollur of Siddipet district and reportedly shifted to Jubilee Hills police station. It is also being said that his brother was also detained by the police. 

So far, the police have arrested two persons in the chaos that erupted following the announcement of the Bigg Boss winner. Pallavi Prashanth has been charged as accused number 1, (A-1), his brother Manohar (A-2), and his friend Vinay (A-3). 

Meanwhile, Dr K Rajasekhar, the counsel of Prashanth has demanded the FIR from the police.  Addressing a media conference at the Press Club in Gajwel of Siddipet, the parents of Prashanth criticised the alleged mistreatment of their son who won the title of reality TV show. 

After winning the Bigg Boss Telugu 7 title, Prashanth had taken out a rally without police permission. The police are learnt to have requested him to leave the Annapurna studio ( the venue of Bigg Boss Telugu 7 grand finale show ) through another gate. The police charged him for defying its order and conducting a rally. 

Earlier, the alleged fans of Prashanth created ruckus after he was declared the BBT7 winner. The crazy fans went berserk and attacked the car of Amardeep, the runner-up of the reality show and other ex-contestants and later they vandalised 6 RTC buses and broke the glasses of the buses. Following this, the ex-contestants and the TSRTC management lodged separate cases at the Jubilee Hills police station.
