51 Year Old Warangal Man Writes NEET Exam
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)/ (NEET (UG)) exam was conducted on Sunday across the country. Around 16 lakh candidates have registered for the exam. NEET UG is the qualifying test for admission to MBBS, BDS, and other health science courses. The eligibility criteria for attending the exam is the candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognized university. Class 12 or equivalent appearing candidates are also eligible to apply for NEET. Candidates must have completed 17 years and the upper age limit is pending.
Now, the news is that a 51-year-old wrote the NEET exam on Sunday. The incident took place in Hanamkonda of Kazipet. He was identified as Ravinder and authorities were shocked to see him writing the exam. On the hall ticket, it was mentioned that he is 51 years old. Ravinder took special permission for writing the NEET exam from High Court and he has shown them to the invigilator. Then the invigilator permitted him to write the exam. After the exam, Ravinder said that he dreamt of becoming a doctor from his childhood but he failed to clear the entrance exam. So, he wanted to clear the exam now and want to pursue MBBS.
