50 Injured As Charminar Express Derails At Nampally Station

Today, the Charminar Express, traveling from Chennai Central to Hyderabad Deccan, experienced a derailment at Hyderabad (Nampally) station. Approximately 50 passengers sustained injuries and were promptly shifted to a nearby hospital for medical attention.

The passengers in other boogies panicked. Nampally was the last station, but the local pilot didn't see the deadline, leading to the accident. The incident took place while the train was reaching Hyderabad from Chennai. 

The South Central railway officers announced that the passengers were safe and that there were no deaths. Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar visited the scene. The Minister urged the administration to provide the best treatment for the injured passengers.
