Indian Cricket Coach Ravi Shastri to Quit After T20 World Cup

The Indian team is ready to change its face after the T20 World Cup, with a major revamp in the coaching department. The current head coach, Ravi Shastri, is expected to say goodbye to the Indian cricket squad after the World Cup.

Based on the sources, Ravi Shastri has informed several board members that he intends to leave his position after the T20 World Cup. Shastri's contract will also expire following the World Cup. 

On the other hand, after India against Srilanka tour was successful, people are expecting Rahul Dravid will be the new coach. The Indian B team won the ODI series and lost T20 series due to Covid cases in the team

Following the major tournament in the UAE, the BCCI will accept applications for a new head coach. A cricket committee has been formed by the Board of Directors to interview the shortlisted individuals and choose India's new coaching staff.

Not just Ravi Shastri, but also fielding coach R Sridhar, bowling coach Bharat Arun, and batting coach Vikram Rathour, are likely to leave their positions with the Indian squad.
