Good News For Fans, King Kohli Arrives!

Star India batsman and former Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli is back in India making his first public appearance after the birth of his son Akaay. Virat reached Bengaluru on 16th night and will join the RCB camp ahead of the IPL 2024.

After missing the five-match Test series against England to be with his wife Anushka Sharma during the final stages of her delivery, Virat was spotted at the airport and will likely join his teammates ahead of the 'Unbox' event on March 19.

Virat will return to action against arch-rivals Chennai Super Kings on the 22nd March at the MA Chidambaram stadium, Chennai. He is set to make his comeback after a three-month hiatus from the game. His last appearance was in a T20 series against Afghanistan in January. 

The IPL 2024 is important for Virat if he wants to play in the T20 World Cup 2024 in the West Indies and the USA. The veteran needs to strike some form and convince the selectors that he still has the game to win matches for India in the shortest format. 

All eyes will be on Virat Kohli as the highest run-getter in IPL history takes the field against CSK in the season opener on Friday.
