Indo-American Caitlin Sandra Neil Crowned Miss India USA 2024

Caitlin Sandra Neil, a 19-year-old teenager originally from Chennai, India, has emerged as the winner of the Miss India USA 2024 title at the prestigious annual event held in New Jersey. Caitlin, currently a second-year student at the University of California, Davis, shared her aspirations, stating that she hopes to make a meaningful contribution to her community, with a focus on empowering women and promoting literacy.

Having lived in the United States for the past 14 years, Caitlin aspires to pursue a career as a web designer while also exploring opportunities in modeling and acting.

The title of Mrs. India USA was awarded to Sanskriti Sharma from Illinois, and Arshita Kathpalia from Washington secured the Miss Teen India USA crown. The event was organized by the India Festival Committee (IFC), with the reigning titleholders, Rijul Maini (Miss India USA 2023) and Sneha Nambiar (Mrs. India USA 2023), handing over the crowns to the new winners.

In the Miss India USA competition, Nirali Desia from Illinois was named the first runner-up, while Manini Patel from New Jersey secured the second runner-up position. In the Mrs. India USA category, Sapna Mishra from Virginia and Chinmayee Ayachit from Connecticut were recognized as the first and second runners-up, respectively. The Teen India USA competition saw Dhriti Patel from Rhode Island and Sonali Sharma finishing as first and second runners-up.

The pageant saw 47 contestants from 25 states compete across three categories.
