The netizens have begun a guessing game - some claim the unknown animal is a leopard while others commented it’s a security dog or a big pet cat.
"By the look and walking style, it definitely is of a cat family but the tail is not that of a cat!," a user said. "On man. That does look like a leopard," the other user commented.
In a grand ceremony held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and 30 Cabinet ministers, five Ministers of State with Independent charge and 36 Ministers of State were administered the oath of office and secrecy by President Murmu. The event was attended by 8,000 guests including foreign dignitaries.
