Bengaluru To Face Power Cuts On Aug 17; Check Details

Between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., parts of Bengaluru will lose electricity on August 17.
Bengaluru: According to Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (BESCOM), some sections of Bengaluru will be without power from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on August 17 owing to maintenance and other emergency activities.
The disruptions would be felt in regions served by the 220/66/11-kV Yarandahalli MUSS, according to the statement. SLN Nagar, Infosys Colony, Yarandahalli, RK Township, and Sriramapura village are among the places impacted.
According to Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (BESCOM), there will be no power supply in select sections of Bengaluru on August 17 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
"Power cuts in the areas serviced from 220/66/11-kV Yarandahalli MUSS in view of carrying out maintenance and other emergency works,” BESCOM said in a release.
Kachanayakanahalli, Jigani Link Road, Bommasandra, both sides of Bommasandra Industrial Area, Phase 1 and 2, behind D-Mart, ACC Road, Suprajith Road, SLN Nagar, Infosys Colony, Yarandahalli, R.K. Township, and Sriramapura village are among the places that would be impacted.
