Veteran actor Vijaya Krishna Naresh aka VK Naresh's Malli Pelli hit the theatres today. The film has been in the news ever since the trailer was out because of some dialogue. In fact, it is actually a biopic of VK Naresh, the film deals with his life's ups and down. Malli Pelli is written and directed by MS Raju. Pavithra Lokesh is the female lead in the film. Plot: Naresh as actor Narendra hails from a rich family. He falls in love with Parvathi (Pavitra Lokesh) who is his co-star and a married woman. What are the problems he faces in marrying her? What happens to his wife Soumya Sethupathi (Vanitha Vijaykumar)? What is the role of Parvathi's husband (Ravi Varma) in their love story?
Performances: VK Naresh is a seasoned actor in Tollywood. He essayed many roles in his long career. Talking about his performance in Malli Pelli, Naresh did just a regular role. Pavithra Lokesh's talent is also known to many of the audience, thanks to her mother's characters in various Telugu films. VK Naresh and Pavithra did their best in their respective roles. The remaining cast of Ananya Nagalla, Vanitha Vijayumar, Jayasudha, Sarath Babu and Annapurnamma gave decent performances.
