Wine Shops Shut Down Due To Counting

The counting of votes for the Telangana Assembly began today at 8 am amid tight security at the counting centres in the State.
All the liquor shops in Telangana have been shut down on account of the counting day as part of the security measures undertaken.
Hyderabad police commissioner Sandeep Shandilya issued orders which came into effect immediately and comprehensively.
The police decided to close the liquor shops to avoid untoward incidents.
