TPCC Chief Revanth Reddy Arrested

Hyderabad: Revanth Reddy, the head of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC), was arrested by city police in Jubilee Hills on Thursday morning.

Revanth Reddy was on his way to Gandhi Bhavan, where a protest was scheduled to coincide with Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao's birthday.

Revanth Reddy's supporters attempted to prevent him from being arrested by the police. The police, on the other hand, moved him to the Langer Houz police station.

The police also made preparations at Gandhi Bhavan in Nampally to prevent any rally by Congress supporters.
