Meet TS EAMCET 2021 Toppers in Engineering and Medical Entrance Tests
Telangana EAMCET results have been released. Education Minister Sabita Indrareddy released the results. Sakshi Post already reported that the government has removed the 45 per cent mark requirement for engineering admissions this year.
The first counselling for engineering will begin on the August 30. Officials said that the slots can be booked online from September 30 to September 9 for verification of certificates.
Some 2,27,000 candidates appeared for the TS EAMCET this year of which 85.70pc of students have qualified for admissions into professional courses. Seat allotment will depend on the counselling.
82.08% of the 1,47,991 students have qualified in the engineering entrance tests while 92.48pc of the 79,009 students who took the entrance exams for AM stream have qualified for admissions.
In Engineering stream, Satti Karthikeya of West Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh has got the first rank, while Duggineni Venkata Paneesh of Kadapa, AP has got the second place. The third place has been secured by Mohammed Abdul Muqeeth of Hyderabad.
With respect to AM Stream, Hyderabad's Mandava Karthikeya secured the first rank while Emani Srinija from Rangareddy and Hyderabad's Terupally Sai Koushal Reddy have got second and third ranks respectively.
