 - Sakshi Post

Due to the high spike of COVID cases in the state, all the exams were cancelled and a few of them got postponed. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUH) in Hyderabad has recently taken a crucial decision. While all the universities and boards are postponing the exams, the JNTU has preponed the exams. Earlier, JNTU had set a timetable for BTech final year exams to be held in August and September. But now authorities have decided to conduct the exams in the second week of June. The timetable has also been finalized to this extent.

It seems that the authorities have taken this decision as many students have complained to the authorities through email and other media. In the aftermath of this corona, the university may hold online exams. The university plans to conduct the respective examinations from June 14 to 19. They have permitted the respective colleges to increase the online classes, which are currently 3 hours, to 6 hours.

The officials ensured that, under any circumstances, the results of the respective examinations should be disclosed by July 15. However, if the examinations were conducted as per the previously revealed schedule, students would have difficulty in going abroad for higher education along with courses like MTech, Pharmacy, etc.
