Ratan Tata's Post Tops Business Tweets In 2020

The most retweeted tweet in Business was by Ratan Tata, who pledged support to communities affected by COVID-19. He had announced a commitment of Rs 500 crore on behalf of the company towards protecting and empowering communities affected by the pandemic. It got more than 55,000 retweets and nearly 205K likes on the platform.

This tweet was made in March 2020 by Ratan Tata, of the Tata Group. He is an Indian Industrialist and also the former chairman of Tata Sons. He has also received two of India’s greatest civilian honor, Padma Vibhushan (2008) and Padma Bhushan (2000).

Ratan Tata’s tweet along with Virat and Anushka pregnancy announcement tweet and Amibath Bachchan’s news about COVID became the golden tweets in India. They were the most retweeted, likes and quoted tweets.
