Ram Charan Receives Honorary Degree from Vels University

Renowned Indian actor, film producer, and entrepreneur Ram Charan has been conferred with an honorary doctorate from the prestigious Vels University in Chennai. The esteemed recognition was bestowed upon Charan during the university's 14th Annual Convocation, where he also served as the chief guest.

Charan's honorary degree, a Doctor of Literature, places him in the company of other distinguished individuals who have previously received similar honors from Vels University, including Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and acclaimed director Shankar.

Before the event, Vels University's official social media account expressed excitement about welcoming the renowned actor to their 14th Annual Convocation, where he would be presented with an honorary degree.

Alongside Charan, this year's honorary degree recipients include Dr. P. Veeramuthuvel, Project Coordinator at Chandrayaan, ISRO, and various other eminent personalities.

On the work front, Ram Charan is working on a new movie called "Game Changer." The movie is directed by the famous director Shankar. Dil Raju is producing the film. Kiara Advani is starring in the movie alongside Ram Charan. The cast also includes Anjali, SJ Surya, Samudrakhani, Jayaram, Sunil, and Bollywood actor Harry Josh in pivotal roles. The movie is highly anticipated and is scheduled to be released during Dussehra.
