KJo Quits Twitter, Netizens Start a Memefest on Social Media

Mumbai: Bollywood ace director and producer Karan Johar announced he has quit Twitter as his making space for “positive energies”. KJo tweeted on Monday for the last time, “Making space for more positive energies only and this is step one towards that. Goodbye Twitter!” and deactivated his official Twitter account minutes after posting it and the last tweet is no longer available. 

Karan Johar is active on Instagram, though. As soon as KJo shared his goodbye tweet, the Twitterati fans praised his move and started responding to his tweet. 

“Positive energy and peace is far more important than any SM platform. Cheers KJo have a good one,” a user wrote. While another replied, “Good Bye Karan. See you in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa.”

However, users who call KJo as flag bearer of nepotism and trolled him for his latest movie Brahmastra wasted no time in starting a memefest.
