With the release of their fourth mini album, "Dark Blood," on May 22, the K-pop boy group ENHYPEN has set a new career high.

During the first week of sales (May 22–28), it sold more than 1.32 million copies, surpassing the previous record of 1.24 million set by the third mini-album "Manifesto: Day 1" (2022).

According to a statement released on Monday by ENHYPEN's management business, Belift Lab, "This is the septet's highest-ever record (since its debut in 2020)." Belift Lab is a collaboration between the two titans of Korean entertainment, CJ ENM and HYBE, the home of K-pop giants BTS.

Belift Lab continued, "The new record is a testament to ENHYPEN's growth."

ENHYPEN's album has reached the one million mark. Particularly "Dark Blood," which went on sale the first day, sold more than 1.1 million copies. It debuted at number one on the iTunes top albums chart in 30 different countries, including Japan, France, and Indonesia.

"Dark Blood" focuses on the ideas of connection and preciousness, according to ENHYPEN. "Bite Me," a simple song about a male who sees the girl he loves again, serves as the album's lead single.
