Following the not-so-good performance of The Family Star at the box office, Vijay Devarakonda is preparing for a pan-India movie. The DIl Raju’s upcoming project is said to be an action-packed movie set in rural India.
As Vijay gears up for Dil Raju’s #SVC59, we will take a look at the diet and fitness plan which makes him the oh-so-desirable ‘Rowdy’ boy. The Telugu actor is known for his well maintained physique which makes girls fall for him.
Vijay, who broke onto the scene with his electrifying performance in and as Arjun Reddy, follows a strict diet and fitness plan.
He hits the gym daily to do intense workout sessions to maintain his muscular toned physique. The actor follows a rigorous workout routine that includes a combination of weight training, cardio, and functional training. He devotes at least two hours for workouts and also does yoga and meditation to keep his mind and body in balance.
We have seen Vijay turning a beast at the gym in his previous film Liger. The actor underwent intense training for the role. He was trained under Kuldep Sethi who is a celebrity fitness trainer.
Not just workouts, Vijay is also very particular about what he eats to complement his rigorous physical training sessions. The actor follows a diet plan which is protein-rich food and low in carbs and fats. He stays away from processed foods and sugary drinks.
