BTS’ V Reveals The Reason Behind Wearing Hats Frequently

BTS's V recently stunned fans by changing his curly dark hair into beachy blonde locks after ARMYs noticed a glimpse of his lighter hair when he left for overseas schedules at the end of May.

ARMYs were excited to see his new blonde hair once he arrived at the airport. At his first solo fan event as a brand ambassador for Indonesia's financing advisory firm, SimInvest, he had to wait a few days before revealing his new look.

On June 11, a fan meeting took place in Korea, and the fans were blown away by how handsome V looked with his new hair.

While it's normal for idols to cover up hair changes before a comeback or event, ARMYs noticed that V continued to keep his hair hidden even after his fan meet.

V explained in a recent Weverse Live that wearing a hat to cover up his blonde hair wasn't just a coincidence and wasn't done to simply hide his new hair colour.

V said that he doesn't typically wear hats but has started doing so lately because of the damage that frequent bleaching has done to his hair.

He revealed that current damage makes his hair difficult to manage, so he uses hats instead, despite the fact that the last time he bleached his hair was during BTS's "Butter" promotions in 2021.

He's recently bleached his hair and he's already talking about dying it back to black.
