BTS V to Make his Debut in Cannes Film Festival

BTS V is prepared to make his debut at Cannes 2023. His rumoured girlfriend BLACKPINK Jennie made her red carpet debut ahead of the same. Since their video, in which they were seen walking along the riverfront hand in hand, was leaked last week, the pair is already in Paris. 

Despite romance rumours, the couple won't be seen together on the red carpet, but they will still be making an impression with their own unique looks. Kim Taehyung, a member of BTS, has already started posting pictures from Paris because Celine has invited him to the Cannes Film Festival. 

BTS V aka Kim Taehyung, posted pictures of his invitation from Celine to the Cannes 2023 festival as well as one with Peter Utz, the company's head director of couture and events. The artist and fashion photographer Hong Jang Hyun released another image. Additionally, Taehyung shared a photo with his crew, which he later deleted.

On the other hand, Jennie from BLACKPINK made her debut this year at the Cannes Film Festival wearing a black and white attire. She made an appearance to promote her first HBO series, The Idol, which stars Lily Rose-Depp, Troye Sivan, and Rachel Anne Sennott with Jennie Kim. Abel Tesfaye, Sam Levinson, and Reza Fahim are the creators.

Regarding Jennie's role in The Idol, she will portray a crucial figure named Angel. The plot of the series centres around a budding pop sensation. The movie, starring Lily-Rose Depp as a young pop diva, will premiere on June 4, 2023.
