BTS’ Jungkook To Release His Solo Album ‘Seven’ In July

 - Sakshi Post

On June 29, BIGHIT Music stated via Weverse and Twitter that the singer-songwriter Jungkook would be releasing a new solo single.

The song, named "Seven," will be released on July 14. According to the announcement, the song is "an invigorating summer song" that will make the ARMY feel "the full breadth of Jung Kook's charm." The statement hinted that there might be "many other activities to come."

For the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, Jung Kook previously released his solo song "Dreamers" in November. The song features Qatari artist Fahad Al-Kubaisi. The K-pop artist can be seen singing from atop a building while walking through the city in the song's music video. During the opening ceremonies of the global soccer competition, the singer premiered and sang the song.

“Dreamers” launched at No. 4 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 9 at Billboard Global 200, while topping the U.S.-based Digital Song Sales tally.

Despite the fact that two of the BTS members have started their required military service, the group has continued to be busy with both solo projects and group activities. BTS celebrated their tenth anniversary this month, and on June 9 a new song "Take Two" was released to mark the occasion. According to a statement from HYBE, the song was "an ode to their fans" and a nod to the group's "second chapter.”
