October 2 to October 14: Dasara Holidays for Schools, Colleges

Great news for students in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh! This October, schools, colleges and other educational institutes will have a long break due to the Dasara and Diwali festivals. Get ready for fun, relaxation, and quality time with family and friends! 

In Telangana, schools and colleges will be closed for Bathukamma and Dasara from October 2 to October 14. This means you can enjoy traditional celebrations, watch colourful processions, and indulge in delicious food. The schools and colleges will be reopened on October 15 after a full-fledged Dusshera holiday. 

 In Andhra Pradesh, you'll get ten days off from October 4-13 for Dasara. Plan trips, visit grandparents, or explore new places – the choices are endless!

 There's another break on October 31 for Diwali. Government offices will only be closed on Dasara day. Still, schools, colleges, and private offices will enjoy the Diwali holiday too! Light lamps, burst fireworks and spread joy.
