November 4: Holiday or Not?

Long Diwali weekend is over. Schools and Colleges are all set to reopen no 4th November. 

The IMD has not forecasted rains. With no rains, it is unlikely that a holiday will be declared.

With cliamte being sunny, there will be no holiday for schools, colleges and all educational institutions on Monday.
