Some states are having holidays because of Mahakumbh Mela, while others are enjoying winter holidays. So, if you are wondering whether January 31 is a holiday or not, we have you covered.

Mahakumbh Mela Holidays

Himachal Pradesh: Himachal Pradesh has declared January 30 a holiday since it is the martyrdom day of Maharaja Suhal Dev.
