Hyderabad Newlywed Woman Flees With Cash, Gold

Following the marriage, a bride absconded with "Meher" money and gold jewellery. The incident took place in Hyderabad on Friday. Mohammed Ilyas, a resident of Bangalore, told reporters that he married a local woman on Friday in a home in Vatpally. Following the nikah, the woman went to a beauty parlour and absconded with Rs.50,000 and Rs.1.75 lakh in gold jewellery.
