Larsen & Toubro: Recorded a 15 percent year-on-year growth in consolidated net profit at Rs 2,947 crore during Q3. EBITDA margin dropped by 50 basis points to 10.4 percent for the quarter.

Dr. Reddy’s: Saw a 10.6 percent year-on-year growth in consolidated net profit at Rs 1,378.9 crore, despite higher tax costs.

SRF: Saw a 50.4 percent year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 253.4 crore, missing analysts' estimates, impacted by lower topline as well as weak operating performance.

Results today: Maruti Suzuki, Sun Pharma, Shree Cement, Ambuja Cements, Bank of Baroda, Dabur India, Amara Raja Energy, Adani Wilmar, Balaji Amines, Data Patterns (India), Dixon Tech, GMR Airports, Godrej Consumer, IRB Infra, Jindal Steel & Power, Jubilant FoodWorks, Jyothy Labs, Kalyan Jewellers.

Venus Pipes & Tubes: Ace investor Ashish Kacholia has sold 1.03 lakh equity shares, which is equivalent to half a percent stake, in the company via open market transactions at an average price of Rs 1,511.68 per share.

TCS: Announced a 15-year expansion of its partnership with Aviva.
