Sajjala Responds To Leaders Leaving, Says YSRCP is in High Demand
Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh state government Advisor and YSRCP leader Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy responded to the question on leaders leaving the party. He reiterated that the party is in high demand and hence there is stiff competition for the posts and tickets. He said it has been a habit to see people departing from the party with a broad perspective. Acknowledging the potential challenges arising from changes in leadership and adjustments, he assured that Regional Coordinators, district presidents, and himself are actively working on mechanisms to address concerns and ensure a smooth transition for most members. He stated that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has an inclusive approach and takes such things in his stride. He said CM Jagan is focusing on welfare and state development and how they are done transparently.
Addressing the gathering at the CM Camp Office on Wednesday night, he said the pensions will increase from Rs.2,750 to Rs.3,000 starting from January 1st. Approximately 66 lakh people will be distributed the pension. He emphasized the active participation of MLAs and the Party machinery in providing the final instalments of YSR Aasara and YSR Cheyutha to the beneficiaries.
Sajjala also provided insights into the preparations for the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Inauguration ceremony, emphasizing the ongoing arrangements for the unveiling of Ambedkar's statue. He expressed his commitment to ensuring widespread participation in this significant event.
With elections on the horizon, discussions focused on introducing candidates and deciding their positions. Any necessary changes to the candidate lineup will be implemented as soon as possible, with Regional Coordinators taking charge of coordination after the adjustments.
Addressing recent developments during the MLC Elections, Sajjala highlighted the suspension of four individuals. He stressed that those who question the party's policies and integrity may choose to leave, as their presence could jeopardize the party itself. Actions will be taken against individuals with such doubting views.
