Key highlights of the Chief Minister’s interaction

The state government and the YSR Congress Party stand in support of the Vizag steel plant workers regarding the Vizag steel plant privatization issue. The state government and the YSR Congress Party have been reiterating their support for the steel plant workers. The party has also penned a letter to the Prime Minister, proposing solutions for the steel plant issue. Furthermore, we have passed a resolution in the assembly opposing the privatization of the steel plant. In this regard, both the state government and the YSR Congress Party maintain an unwavering stance.

The opposition parties, who have united and formed an alliance, have abandoned their moral principles and values concerning the steel plant issue, thus revealing their stance.

The permanent allocation of iron ore mines will significantly improve the plant's condition. We are tirelessly working towards the revival of the Visakha Steel Plant, exerting constant pressure on the central government. YSRCP has the moral high ground to seek the support of Vizag Steel Plant workers' support in this election.
