Watch: TDP MLAs' Overreaction; Threw Papers at Speaker and Get Suspended

 - Sakshi Post

TDP MLAs are it again. Once again, they have displayed indiscipline and recklessness in the Assembly. On the second day of Budget Session of AP Assembly, TDP MLAs threw papers at Speaker Tammineni Sitaram.

Shortly after the assembly started, TDP members rushed towards the speaker's chamber and threw papers at the speaker. The TDP members who crossed the red line and entered the speaker's chamber misbehaved. They shouted slogans and threw papers in their hands at the speaker. Speaker Tammineni adjourned the meeting due to the behaviour of TDP members.

Soon after the Assembly session resumed, TDP MLAs surrounded his chair and raised slogans, refusing to allow him to conduct the proceedings. Speaker Tammineni Seetharam suspended 10 TDP members.

It can be noted that the TDP members have disrupted the Governor's speech in the house and staged a walkout. When the Governor stated that the government was reimbursing total fees under the Jagananna Vidya Deevena scheme, the TDP members raised slogans calling it a lie. They also disputed the claim that 17 new government hospitals were established. Members of the ruling YSRCP also raised slogans of ‘Jai Jagan’ to counter the slogans by TDP members.
