TANA Director's Wife Children Died In America Road Accident - Sakshi Post

The wife and two daughters of Dr. Nagendra Srinivas Kodali, a director of the Board of the Telugu Association of North America (TANA) were killed in a major accident in Waller City of Texas, United States. The accident took place at around 11 am EST on Sunday on the FM 2920 stretch at Kickapoo Road, according to Waller police.

Dr. Srinivas resides in Houston and his wife Vani was an IT employee. Of the two daughters, the elder was pursuing medicine and the younger was in 11th standard. Vani and her younger daughter went to bring the elder daughter home for Dasara. The Lexus car which they were traveling in was hit by a pick-up truck and three of them died on the spot. 

The family members of Nagendra were in deep shock after the accident. TANA members expressed grief over the incident.

Kodali Nagendra Srinivas was born in Kurumaddhali of Krishna district and studied medicine at Guntur Medical College. Later, in 1195 he went to America for higher studies. Settled as a Pediatric Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist in America. Since 2017, Kodali Nagendra Srinivas has been serving as one of the board members of TANA.
