Modi, YS Jagan Enjoy Good Ties, Says Ram Madhav
NEW DELHI: Bharatiya Janata Party national general secretary Ram Madhav on Friday extended his warm greetings to the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy-led Andhra Pradesh government on the latter completing its one year in power in the state. Speaking to the media at the BJP headquarters here, he complimented YS Jagan saying that he is forging ahead with a steely resolve to take the state in the path of progressive development.
Even though there are a few disputes, they are negligible in nature, Ram Madhav said while advising Jagan's critics that it is not appropriate to blame the chief minister for everything. He appreciated the AP CM for deciding to take a call on the issue of endowment lands only based on the advice of a committee of seers.
Praising YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for his judicious decisions, Ram Madhav welcomed the YSRCP's stand extending its support to all good decisions of the Narendra Modi government at the Centre. Going a step further, Ram Madhav categorically stated that both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and AP CM YS Jagan have cordial ties between them. In what should silence all the critics of the AP government, he said that there are no differences between the Centre and Andhra Pradesh government on any issue. He said both PM Modi and CM YS Jagan have been striving for the development of Andhra Pradesh.
Ram Madhav on this occasion also sought to remind everyone that Prime Minister Modi himself had expressed his readiness to extend support to Andhra Pradesh on all issues including those pertaining to the AP Reorganisation Act. He claimed that even the 15th Finance Commission was prepared to come to the rescue of Andhra Pradesh post bifurcation of the state.
Reaffirming the Centre's commitment for the development of the state, he said that as a person hailing from AP, he would do everything possible in his capacity for the benefit of the state.
