Ultimatum To Pawan Kalyan, Deadline Set By Jogaiah

 - Sakshi Post

Kapu patriarch and former parliamentarian Chegondi Harirama Jogaiah came down heavily on Jana Sena Party’s Pawan Kalyan for agreeing to a meagre 24 seats as part of a seat-sharing formula with the TDP coalition partner for the forthcoming assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh. Earlier, Kapu Welfare and Development Corporation chairman Adapa Seshu also lashed out at the Jana Sena leader over the seat-sharing deal.

In an open letter to Pawan Kalyan on Tuesday, the senior Kapu leader Jogaiah said after analysing the TDP-Janasena alliance and seat-sharing formula, it seems that the weaker section has once again been denied the required representation in the distribution of seats. He demanded both Naidu and Pawan to clarify their stand on the political empowerment of the marginalised communities in their first combined meeting at Prathipadu village in Tadepalligudem constituency on February 28, Wednesday.

Claiming that Pawan Kalyan has been sidelined in the pre-poll alliance, Jogaiah reiterated that the Jana Sena leader should be given a share in the power and 50% berths in the State Cabinet should be allotted to the coalition partner by Naidu.

Former parliamentarian also issued an ultimatum to Naidu saying if he does not clarify the position of Pawan Kalyan in the new government in tomorrow's public meeting, then he will announce his future course of action.
