CM YS Jagan, Wife YS Bharathi Attend Engagement Ceremony of Sharmila’s Son

Hyderabad: Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy attended the engagement ceremony of his sister YS Sharmila's son here on Thursday evening. Sharmila's son Raja Reddy and Priya Atluri got engaged in an intimate ceremony which was held at Golconda Resorts in Gandipet on the outskirts of the city.

In the photos being shared on social media, Chief minister YS Jagan, his wife YS Bharathi Reddy and mother YS Vijayamma were shown blessing the newly engaged couple and posing for the camera. After the ceremony, the chief minister will return to his Tadepalli residence at night.

Sharing her new year wishes on X, Sharmila had announced the engagement and wedding plans of his son. Raja and Priya will tie the knot on February 17, 2024. Raja Reddy has recently completed his MS in Applied Economics and Predictive Analytics while Priya Atluri is the granddaughter of Chutneys food chain owner Atluri VV Prasad. Raja and Pirya met while pursuing their studies in the United States.
