Chandrababu is afraid of losing to YSRCP: Minister Meruga
AP Social Welfare Minister Meruga Nagarjuna has accused TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu of being anti-poor and anti-backward communities. He alleged that Naidu is afraid of defeat from YSRCP and its probable candidates for the coming elections.
Minister alleged Chandrababu of writing a letter against the BC judges in the past. He said YSRCP is pro-poor and working towards the welfare of the BC, SC, ST, minorities and women. He said CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has fulfilled all his poll promises and working for the state's progress tirelessly. He said CM Jagan is giving opportunities to backward classes to contest from the constituencies that are open for the OCs.
On the other hand, Minister Nagarjuna pointed at Naidu's failed promises during his tenure. Minister also alleged that the pro-TDP media heads like Ramoji Rao and Radhakrishna are indulging in fake propaganda against CM Jagan and the ruling YSRCP sensing TDP's defeat in the next general election.
Meruga took potshots at AP BJP chief Purandeswari. He said she is acting as CBN's B-team. He alleged that Purandeswari is working for Chandrababu for her personal interests. He alleged that each member of her family (Daggubati) is working in different political parties.
The Social Welfare Minister alleged that Chandrababu lacked the vision and ideology. He said Naidu is afraid of TDP's decimation and trying his best to revive the party from its collapse. Meruga reiterated that YSRCP will storm to the power in the coming elections.
