Cash-for-Seats: Nara Lokesh Sold Tickets? Naidu and Pawan Upset?
If rumours are to be believed, TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh is cashing in on the MLA and MP tickets of the party ahead of the forthcoming general elections. It is strongly rumoured that Lokesh allegedly took money from about 40 aspirants. It is buzzed that a person belonging to a former minister's family in Anantapur fell prey to Lokesh's greed and paid him a hefty amount. However, Chandrababu isn't convinced by this and is said to be conducting a survey again through IVRS.
This is now causing huge debate among the TDP and Jana Sena party leaders and cadres. Chandrababu is said to be upset with Lokesh's actions. This is also one of the major reasons why Lokesh avoided TDP - Jana Sena party's first joint public meeting held at Tadepalligudem recently.
Cash-for-votes or cash-for-seats is not new for the TDP. Earlier, Chandrababu Naidu was caught on record in the cash-for-votes scam. Naidu was also accused in the Skill Development Scam, Amaravati Inner Ring Road (IRR) case.
