AP CM YS Jagan Invited For Vakulamatha Temple Inauguration On June 23 - Sakshi Post

AMARAVATI: State Energy Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy and TTD EO A V Dharma Reddy called on Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at the Camp Office here on Wednesday and invited him to the inauguration of Sri Vakulamatha Temple at Peruru in Tirupati.TTD priests blessed the Chief Minister amidst Vedic hymns and offered him prasadam. The rituals will start on June 18 and idol installation will take place on June 23. 

The TTD is organizing  Maha Samprokshana celebrations of Sri Vakulamata temple from June 18-23, The temple which has been revived is located on a hillock at Perur which is five kilometers away from Tirumala hill in Tirupati.

The Vigraha Pratista and Maha Samprokshana festivities will be performed between 7.30am and 8.45 am on June 23. On June 23 in early morning Kumbharadhana, Nivedana, Homam, Maha Purnahuti, Vimana kalasha Avahana, will be observed. Later between 7.30am and 8.30am on Mithun Lagnam Prana Pratistha, Maha Samprokshana will be performed. Akshatarohanam, Archaka Bahumanam. Dwajarohanam will be performed at 10.30 am and then devotees will be allowed for Darshan.

The responsibility for the restoration and development of the Vakulamatha temple which is being built in 83.41 acres of land was entrusted to Minister of Energy Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy by the TTD.
