8 TDP Workers Die in Stampede at Chandrababu's Meeting in Kandukuru

Nellore: Eight persons died and several others injured in a stampede at TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu's public rally in Kandukuru of Nellore district on Wednesday night. The injured were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Based on the initial information, police claimed that there was a stampede-like situation at the canal as a result of crowds congregating at the location of the meeting and some public jostling.
