Kaala First Day Box Office Collection  

Rajinikanth's Kaala opened in theatres across the world today. The film has been receiving rave reviews from critics and the audiences. Kaala has opened on a fantastic note on its first day. Kaala is a gangster drama where Rajini is seen playing a good samaritan. Rajini fans not only loved his performance in the film but are also raving about his character.

According to sources, Kaala has lived up to people's expectations when compared to his previous film Kabali. Kaala is helmed by Pa.Ranjith and produced by son-in-law actor Dhanush.

Apart from Rajinikanth, Kaala also features Huma Qureshi, Nana Patekar, Sampath, Sayaji Shinde and Samuthirakani in pivotal roles. The music of the film is composed by Santhosh Narayanan.

Meanwhile, Rajinikanth has already joined his next film shoot in Dehradun which is being directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The music will be composed by Ravi Chander who had composed for Power star Pawan Kalyan's Agnyathavaasi. Vijay Sethupathi and Megha Akash have been roped in to play a key role.
